I personally feel that if you need friends, social life, something to do, get out of your house. Check out this group. Sometime all one needs is something to do. To keep your mind occupied and to physical activities. I occupy myself with taking my grand boys to school,picking them and taking care of them. Until their parents pick them up. Also training my puppie, crafting, decorating, and best of all therapy shopping.

ReplyDeletefor me the hardest part of depression is getting help. since the miscarriage i find myself looking at other with their belly and their kids and i must say it hurts. I will try theses and let you know who they work out for me....
ReplyDeleteI was given the names of these organizations from professionals. So they should be good. But I will like to know if they work for you. Good luck. It is really hard dealing with what you went thru. They also have grief consulting.
