Motivation


Motivation is a key factor in life.

When I am depressed I try to get motivated.  I get up from bed and set out to do a project.  Anything, like a craft.  I love crafting or I paint.  I usually change my decorations by painting them.  Since I live on a strick budget.  I paint my decorations different colors to change the look of my place.  If I have a little extra money after paying the bills then I do shopping therapy.

I also have been taking my grandson out to play and meeting and talking to other parents or grandparents.  I do this because sometimes I need to get out of my house.  Because the more I stay inside my house the more lonely I feel, the more depress I get.  But believe me sometimes all I crave is to be alone.  But it's not to be depress at home it's just to relax and watch movies.

I am trying to have more of a social life.  So far I have socialized more this year then pass years.  I actually have to force myself but I do it, in order not to get in that creepy darkness of depression.  Now I am trying to do my own thing. Since my kids are doing their own thing.  And I have no one here in ️NY.   My very best friend lives in Florida. Lol maybe being miles apart has maintain the relationship strong.
